Information we collect
1. When you enter our website.
When you enter our website, your internet browser automatically transmits data for technical reasons. This information is neither collected nor stored by us.
2. When you use Opus One.
We may collect information to analyze usage information, for example how many times you add a task or click certain areas of the app. We also collection log and crash information. All this information is linked to your account so we can better serve customer support and improve performance and stability. We do not share or use this information for tracking purposes.
3. When you use Opus One in combination with a registered cloud account.
We may collect personal information related to use-data such as time stamp on your last log will be stored by Opus One. We use this data in order to enable and provide a secure, effective and user-related use of Opus One.
Information you provide to us
1. When you sign up for our newsletter.
You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive general information about Opus One, updates, new features and other useful information related to Opus One. In order to know where to send you this newsletter we require your email address. If and when you do so, we will store and use your email address only to send you the newsletter and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
2. Others
Exceptionally when you contact us via email or send us messages using social media, we may collect personally identifiable information to deliver information to you. In any case we will only use this personal information to respond to your inquiries, to update a notification to resolve disputes and/or to troubleshoot problems. This information will not be shared with others unless you specifically request so.
Information you provide to others
1. When you access our support page at Freshdesk.
We use a third-party provider, Freshdesk, to provide help and support to our users. In order to browse through support forums or to create a support ticket you will need to sign up. 2. When you activate and use the Weather Forecast service in Opus One.
When you activate or deactivate the weather forecast feature in Opus One information that is considered personally identifiable, such as your city will be provided to the Third Party in charge of providing such service. There are no identifiable’s sent to our service provider.
3. When you set Opus One to provide alerts and push notifications
Alerts and push notifications are services provided by Opus One using services outside of our control, including, but not limited to, systems such as Apple’s Push Notification.
When opting to use these services you understand and agree that the data needed in order to provide the alerts, including, but not limited to: the task name, priority and due time, will transmitted for delivery using services not controlled by us, such as Apple’s Push Notification Service.
4. When you give Opus One as well as other apps permission to access your Calendars.
By enabling these you understand and agree that all the events created in Opus One along with the information in them Including, but not limited to the event’s name, location, start and end time, time zone, repeating rule and notes will be shared with the Calendar app as well as all other apps that have access to your Calendars.

1. When you access and comment our website
Some parts of our website and our blogs may allow you to share information with others and post personal information, such as your name or email address. This information is publicly accessible and can be read, collected, and processed by anyone. Also, our website, as well as many of our services, may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the information collected by those third parties thus we encourage you to read their privacy policies before submitting any information to them.
2. When you access and post on our support forums at Freshdesk.

3. When you use Opus One. Many of our services let you share information with others.
Information you enter in Opus One including, but not limited to your calendar, tasks, notes, goals, values and mission is never collected or shared by Piso 13, Inc.
However, Opus One provides you with the option to share this information via email and message, as well as the option to post these to Facebook; Twitter and other social media. You understand and agree that whenever you use any of the share options provided by Opus One the information being share will be publicly accessible and so may be read, collected, and processed by anyone.
4. When you post to our website, Facebook page or send us a Tweet
Our blogs, and social media accounts including, but not limited to, Facebook and Twitter may allow you to share information with others and post personal information, such as your name or email address. This information is publicly accessible and can be read, collected, and processed by anyone. Please be careful when using these.
Information we share
We take privacy very seriously, as stated above we don’t store any information regarding entries made to Opus One in our servers. We collect and store few data. most of it is information not considered personally identifiable. And even so we do not share this or any other personal information with anyone outside of our company, with the exceptions described below:
We work together with other companies who provide services to us, like hosting our website, providing our help desk software, providing the weather forecast, hosting our cloud services, etc. We only share personal information with these companies if it is necessary for them to provide their services. All companies we work with provide at least industry standard systems and processes to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.
We also share personal information if disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable terms of service, including investigation of potential violations thereof; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; and to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Piso 13, Inc, our company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Security & Children
Neither Opus One nor our website and forums are intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13). In order to access the website or any other of our services, you represent that you are thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, you are not authorized to and should immediately discontinue use of our website, and/or corresponding applications and services provided by Piso 13, Ltd.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete this information. Parents or guardians can contact us at opusone@piso13.com
Right to Information and Correction
We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your data so that you have the opportunity and means to have incorrect data corrected or blocked. To have this done, please contact: support@piso13.com
